You must be legally able to accept these terms where you live. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms for you. DinoGacha is not directed at children under 13.

Basalt Works grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DinoGacha for private entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the applicable app-store rules. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

DinoGacha currently stores gameplay progress locally and does not provide an account or cloud sync. You are responsible for your device and backups. Progress may be lost when app data is cleared, the app is uninstalled, a device is lost or replaced, storage is corrupted, or backup restoration fails. Basalt Works cannot guarantee recovery of local progress.

Cards, coins, gems, packs, experience, mutations, rewards, and other virtual items exist only inside DinoGacha. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money or property, and are not transferable unless the app expressly permits it. We may rebalance, modify, replace, or discontinue virtual items and game features.

DinoGacha may offer optional consumable purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play, managed with RevenueCat. Prices, taxes, payment authorization, receipts, and billing are handled by the applicable store. Basalt Works does not collect your payment-card details.

Purchases are subject to the store’s payment, cancellation, and refund rules and any mandatory rights under applicable law. Contact the store for billing or refund requests and contact support@basaltworks.com if an eligible in-game reward is not delivered. Purchases are not required for the core game experience.

You may choose to watch a rewarded ad to receive an in-game benefit. Ad availability and completion are not guaranteed. AdMob and platform privacy choices may prevent an ad from loading. Rewards are granted only after the app receives the required completion event.

You must not misuse DinoGacha or interfere with its operation. Prohibited conduct includes reverse engineering except where law expressly permits it, distributing modified or unauthorized copies, exploiting bugs, manipulating purchases or rewards, automating interactions, bypassing security or platform controls, and using the app unlawfully.

DinoGacha is provided for entertainment and general-interest purposes. Creature facts, names, classifications, dates, regions, images, and gameplay statistics may be simplified, incomplete, disputed, or outdated. The app is not an academic, scientific, safety, or professional reference.

DinoGacha, its software, design, original artwork, text, branding, and game systems are owned by Basalt Works or used under applicable licenses. Third-party trademarks and attributed content remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not grant permission to reuse protected content outside normal app use.

DinoGacha may interact with Apple, Google, AdMob, RevenueCat, and other platform services. Their terms and policies apply to their services. Basalt Works is not responsible for third-party availability, decisions, content, billing systems, or changes beyond its reasonable control.

We may update, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue DinoGacha or any feature. We may terminate or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security, legal requirements, or service closure. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions intended to survive termination remain in effect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DinoGacha is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent availability, accuracy of content, availability of ads or products, or preservation of local progress. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Basalt Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of local progress, virtual items, data, opportunity, or profits arising from use or inability to use DinoGacha. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

We may update these terms to reflect app, legal, or service changes. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Where required, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
