DinoGacha is developed and published by Basalt Works. This page explains what information the app and its support website may use, how it is handled, and what choices you have.

This Privacy Policy explains how Basalt Works collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the DinoGacha mobile application or its public support pages.
This policy applies worldwide. Specific rights and obligations may differ depending on where you live.
Basalt Works is responsible for information it receives and controls as described here. Google AdMob and UMP, RevenueCat, Apple, Google, Formspree, Cloudflare, and device backup providers may process information under their own roles and privacy terms. Contact us at contact@basaltworks.com.
DinoGacha has no app account or cloud-sync feature. Core game state is stored locally on your device, including your collection and card progress, packs and balances, rewards, daily quests, achievements, profile, combat deck, and expedition progress. Preferences, page-tip markers, advertising-consent retry state, purchase-reward markers, notification identifiers, and image-cache state are stored separately on the device.
The current app does not upload that local game state to a Basalt Works backend. Your operating system or backup provider may include local app data in a device backup and restore it later.
When configured and available, DinoGacha uses RevenueCat to offer optional in-app purchases. RevenueCat uses an anonymous app-user identity to retrieve products and purchase status and to process or restore purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play.
RevenueCat and the relevant store may process product identifiers, transaction information, receipts or purchase tokens, purchase history, restoration status, device or app identifiers, and diagnostics. Basalt Works does not receive or store your payment-card details.
DinoGacha uses Google AdMob only for optional rewarded ads. Every ad request in the current app is explicitly marked as non-personalized. The app does not show banner or interstitial ads.
Google UMP privacy checks gate ad requests, and you can reopen available privacy choices in the app. The app does not request App Tracking Transparency and does not request precise-location permission. Ads are requested as non-personalized and are served without access to the advertising identifier for cross-app tracking.
AdMob may process data needed to request, prevent fraud, and measure ads, including IP address and derived approximate location, permitted advertising or app-scoped identifiers, Privacy Sandbox signals, ad interactions, and diagnostics, subject to your choices, platform settings, and Google policies.
On supported Android builds, you may optionally enable local reminders when a free pack is ready. They are off by default, require notification permission, are scheduled on the device, and do not register or use an Expo remote push token. The app stores the local scheduled-notification identifier so it can replace or cancel the reminder.
The current app has no separate general analytics SDK or crash-reporting SDK, does not use a Basalt Works tracking backend, and does not use Expo over-the-air updates. It does not request precise-location, microphone, or audio-recording permission. App delivery and updates are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play.
The Basalt Works website stores your English or Spanish language choice in browser localStorage under basalt-lang. If no choice is stored, it reads the browser language to choose an initial language.
If you use the support form, it sends your email, issue type and message, optional device model, operating-system version and app version, plus the app name and source page. Formspree processes these fields so Basalt Works can receive and answer your request.
The product, privacy, terms, and support pages are delivered using Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare may process request metadata needed to serve and protect the site, such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, request headers, and browser or device information.
We use information only as needed to provide requested app features, manage optional purchases, request and reward optional ads, remember privacy choices, schedule local reminders, protect service reliability, troubleshoot reported issues, and respond to support requests.
Local records remain on your device until an applicable in-app control replaces or removes them, you clear app data, or you uninstall the app, subject to operating-system backup and restore behavior. Reset Progress removes and recreates only the core game state; it does not clear every separate preference, marker, cache, consent choice, scheduled reminder, purchase marker, or third-party record.
Third-party providers retain information under their own policies and legal obligations. Support and privacy messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, protect the service, comply with legal obligations, and maintain appropriate support records.
Basalt Works does not sell personal information for money. Current AdMob requests are explicitly non-personalized and do not request interest-based advertising.
Advertising-related disclosures can still be treated as sharing, targeted advertising, or a sale under some privacy laws. Use the Google UMP privacy options available in DinoGacha, applicable iOS or Android controls, or contact us about a legally available opt-out request.
AdMob, RevenueCat, Apple, Google, Formspree, Cloudflare, and backup providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where safeguards are required, processing is subject to the mechanisms offered by the relevant provider and applicable law.
Depending on your location and legal conditions, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, withdraw consent for future processing, opt out of eligible advertising disclosures, or request a copy of eligible personal data. Most game data is local and can be managed through app or device controls. For information controlled by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, AdMob, Formspree, Cloudflare, or your backup provider, you may also need to use that provider’s privacy controls. We may need to verify a request where the law requires or permits it.
DinoGacha is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support or another service, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information we handle. No device, transmission, or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will publish changes on this page with a revised last-updated date and provide additional notice where required by law.
