How do I get help?Open
Email support@basaltworks.com or use the form on this page. For bug reports, include your device model, operating-system version, app version, steps to reproduce the issue, and screenshots if available.
Does DinoGacha require an account?Open
No. The current app has no account system or cloud sync. Core progress is stored locally on your device, although your operating system may include app data in a device backup.
Where is my game data stored?Open
Your collection, balances, rewards, quests, achievements, profile, selected combat deck, and expedition progress are stored on your device. Preferences, consent markers, purchase-reward markers, reminders, and image caches use separate local records.
What does Reset Progress remove?Open
Reset Progress replaces the core game state. It does not clear every preference, cache, privacy choice, reminder, purchase-reward marker, or record held by RevenueCat, Apple, Google, or your backup provider. Clearing app data or uninstalling may remove more local data, subject to device backup and restore behavior.
How do rewarded ads and purchases work?Open
Rewarded ads are optional and provided through Google AdMob. Current ad requests are explicitly non-personalized and gated by Google UMP privacy choices. Optional purchases are managed through RevenueCat and the Apple App Store or Google Play when configured. Basalt Works does not receive your payment-card details.
Are the prehistoric facts educational references?Open
DinoGacha is designed for entertainment and curiosity. Creature facts and classifications are simplified for gameplay and may change as the content is reviewed. Do not rely on the app as an academic or scientific authority.
