How do I get help?Open
Email support@basaltworks.com or use the form on this page. For bug reports, include your device model, operating-system version, app version, steps to reproduce the issue, and screenshots if available.
Do I need an account?Open
From version 1.3 the app creates an online account for you automatically the first time it opens and keeps your progress on our servers. Link Google or Apple in the app to keep your progress if you change or lose your device, and to join rankings and ranked PvP.
Where is my game data stored?Open
From version 1.3 your progress is stored in your online account on our servers, with a copy on your device so you can play offline. Preferences, privacy choices, reminders, and image caches stay on the device.
How do I delete my account?Open
Open Settings in the app and choose “Delete progress and account”. Deletion is immediate and permanent. If you can no longer open the app, follow the instructions at https://basaltworks.com/dino-gacha/delete-account. Deleting your account does not cancel an active season pass subscription; cancel it in your Google Play or App Store account.
How do rewarded ads and purchases work?Open
Rewarded ads are optional and provided through Google AdMob. Ads are personalized only when you allow it through Google UMP and, on iOS, App Tracking Transparency; if you decline, ads are still shown without interest-based personalization. Optional purchases are managed through RevenueCat and the Apple App Store or Google Play when configured. Basalt Works does not receive your payment-card details. The optional season pass is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it in your Google Play or App Store account settings.
Are the prehistoric facts educational references?Open
DinoGacha is designed for entertainment and curiosity. Creature facts and classifications are simplified for gameplay and may change as the content is reviewed. Do not rely on the app as an academic or scientific authority.
