Delete Your Account

Open DinoGacha, go to Settings, choose “Delete progress and account”, and confirm. On iOS, if your account is linked to Apple, Apple may ask you to confirm with your Apple Account so the link can be revoked. Deletion happens immediately, and the app starts again from scratch with a new anonymous account.

If you can no longer open the app, email contact@basaltworks.com from the email address of the Google or Apple account linked to your DinoGacha account, with the subject “Delete my DinoGacha account”. If you used Apple’s Hide My Email, send the request from that relay address or include it in your message. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

Accounts that were never linked to Google or Apple cannot be found by email. You can delete them in the app, and they are deleted automatically after 12 months without activity.

Deleting your account permanently erases:

• Your account and player identifiers and your sign-in sessions.
• All game progress: collection, card levels and mutations, packs, DNA, quests, achievements, profile, deck, expedition, season pass progress, titles, and frames.
• Your ranking entries and best ranks, and your PvP rating and ghost.
• Season pass subscription records and saves imported from earlier versions.
• Your linked Google or Apple sign-in, including the revocation of a linked Apple sign-in where required, and your customer record at RevenueCat.

Store transaction identifiers, rewarded-ad identifiers, and one-time markers of imported saves are kept without personal data, so the same purchase, reward, or save is never granted twice.

Purchases and subscriptions stay in your Google Play or App Store account. Deleting your DinoGacha account does not cancel an active season pass subscription; cancel it in your store account settings.

Preferences and caches stored only on your device are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
