How do I get help?Open
Email support@basaltworks.com or use the form on this page. For bug reports, include your device model, operating-system version, app version, steps to reproduce the issue, and screenshots if available.
Does SpinMeals require an account?Open
No. SpinMeals has no account system or cloud sync. Your meal options, plans, ingredients, templates, settings, and statistics are stored locally on your device.
Where is my meal data stored?Open
Meal data is stored locally on your device. SpinMeals can create a local JSON export that you can save or share using your device's native sharing options; your meal data is not uploaded to Basalt Works servers.
How does calendar export work?Open
If you choose calendar export, SpinMeals uses the calendar permission you grant to list calendars and write meal events to your selected destination. Calendar data stays on your device, and events already written are not removed by the app.
Are reminders sent remotely?Open
No. SpinMeals schedules optional reminders locally on your device after you enable them and grant notification permission. It does not use a remote push-notification backend.
How do Pro purchases and rewarded ads work?Open
Pro purchases are processed through Apple or Google and managed through RevenueCat. The free version may offer optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob. Basalt Works does not receive your payment card details.
What happens when I delete my data?Open
The in-app delete-data action removes SpinMeals' local stores and cancels scheduled notifications. It does not remove calendar events already written, exported or shared copies, or purchase records held by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat. Your Pro status is retained.
